Guest guest
* Toni, this is my very favorite dessert recipe for my 6 year old son LJ. It is a no bake almond butter treat (LJ is allergic to peanut butter), but you can use peanut, almond or cashew butter. on Long Island New York * The resemble a small round rock, but the good thing is they can be molded into any shape to resemble whatever you want. Put about 1/2 jar of peanut-butter (or you acn use almond butter or cashew butter)( about 8 oz.) powdered sugar to make a firm consistency (anywhere from 3 to 4 oz) GFCF rice krispies some GFCF choc chips Once firm and formed into a big ball put in refrigerator to harden a little. In microwave or double boiler melt down GFCF choc.chips. form the dough into any form you want. Dip into the melted choc.chips and place on wax paper to dry. You can decorate with anything you want ( GFCF of course ). ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO!
