Guest guest
Hi : The Core Program, by Peggy W. Brill, P.T. She identified what she calls the core muscles in a woman's body, and developed a set of exercises to strengthen and tone those muscles, the theory being that everything else arises from that foundation ( " stop aches and pains, feel energized all day long, end fatigue, build strength " ). There is a 15 min start up set that I do, totally for wimps, but I have to start somewhere. I picked up the book because Dr. Christiane Northrup ( " Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdome " ) wrote an endorsement, she does it with her elderly mother: " As I discovered when both my mother and I started doing exercises from The Core Program, Peggy Brill has provided women of all ages and fitness levels with a highly effective way to gain strength and flexibility, enabling us to move through life not only free from aches and pains, but with joy and energy. My mother joins me in attesting to the benefits of The Core Program, as do hundreds of subscribers to my newletter who have thanked me for publishing an excerpt from Peggy Brill's book. " The book goes into more challenging sets of exercises as you move through, including weight training. I really like it, it incorporates yoga postures with PT exercises and breathing also. > Hey - > > I'm curious about the Core Program you're doing...can you tell us more about > it?
