Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I'm new to this group, I have been told by a Dev. Ped. that my son, , 3yrs old this July 2, fits the criteria for being on the autistic spectrum. I am implementing the GFCF diet and at this time do not know if he has any alergies to any other foods. I have been told that some KOSHER products are safe and what to look for but this is still too confusing to me. I always question what he can/can't have. He's been off milk now for almost a month and is on Vance's DARIFREE, which seems to be pretty good. I find it hard to find food for him to eat particularly For Lunch Time. Can anyone give me some suggestions, especially with what a 3 yr old would like? Are there any kind of lunchmeats at all to buy? I appreciate any help/suggestions. God Bless!!
