MSG stinks and it is in almost everything .. I find it hidden under all

these different names.. Gives me a headache and I certainly don't want any

excitatory aminos for my son .. I really Hope they pull this junk from the

market and the sooner the better.. I have to use my own seperate spices now

, one at a time to add the special effects to cooking .. No mixed

seasonings at all.. I don't trust them .. They always use the word SPICE,

which MSG is sometimes hidden under.. Plenty of other names it hides under

too. Autolzyed Yeast etc...etc... This is one of my MAJOR Peeves...

Here is your list and what makes me mad is I try to avoid for myself and

my children.. When you look at this list You will wonder just what you can

eat.. I have .. I tend towards scratch cooking .. Spices of my own ..

Period. I think that the FDA will eventually pull this as they have done

with phenolpropapalamine and now the nutra sweet / Aspartame.. It just might

take tens of years .. Hopefully not..

MSG is a processed neurotoxin, potentially toxic to humans. It can cause

migrain headaches, nausea and vomitting, disorientation, depression, brain

lesions, and seizures (to name a few). It has been proven to kill brain

cells in lab animals. In the US, it is usually derived from corn.
