also, no more canned food if possible - buy things in glass or

fresh/frozen. No more soda from an aluminum can.

What are you using to get rid of the aluminum? I remember that

Magnesium Malate chelates aluminum - we used it years ago and the

levels really came down. My child was young and we sprinkled it on

food or put it in juice to dose it.

Also, use aluminum free baking powder if you bake a lot.

I have been blessed with a beautifully built home and pantry! I am going

through it and ridding it of all left over aluminum. New pots and pans and

various items as well. I had the choice of using homeopathics to get rid of

aluminum or Xymogen Chelex ( I think Janice uses this). I have chosen to go

a more gentle route because Charlie is 2.5 years old. If it is not working,

then I will use Xymogen Chelex. He detoxed with yeast quite nicely on the

homeopathics when we started in Oct. So I am going to try it again.
