Guest guest
After searching long and far, here are a few recipes I use. You can substitute a CF butter for the oil; I did and didn't like it. Cones were too soft (not crisp) The recipes also state that coconut oil is best (tho I've used sunflower, safflower, cannola and walnut with no problems) Amaranth Cones: 1c. Amaranth flour 1c arrowroot (can substitute cornstarch or tapioca) 1 tsp baking soda 1/8 tsp Vit C crystals 1/4 c. oil 1/4 c honey 1/2 c + 2 tsp water Carob-Quinoa Cones 1c Quinoa flour 1/2 c carob powder 1/2 c tapioca flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 c. oil 1c apple juice concentrate
