Guest guest
I never intended to say enzymes replace gfcf. We have been 100% for over a year and don't plan on changing. But even with that, our son was not having solid bms or talking. His nose was running, his cheeks were red. When we added the enzymes, most of these problems disappeared. We did not change our diet. We are gfcf with enzymes three times a day and that seems to be the magic number. We also do other supplements such as DMG, magnesium, calcium, etc. I think it is the combination of all these factors that is making a difference.
