Guest guest
Yes, I could see my 11 yo in the same situation. I think his emotional state and his ability to deal is strong enough to handle some of the problems this child had to endure, but then again, how much did this child have to endure? Guest guest
Join a homeschooling group. Usually you can find these through churches. All you'd need is a contact with a someone from a group and then find out what other groups might be available so you can find one that suits you. You could also search out a group of special kids. I have just heard of an ASD group in my area that meets (surprised me). Or you could start a play group, running an ad in the paper. There is surely other parents who would appreciate such a group.
