Regarding vitamins to take, we want to take things that

will strenthen our immune system, not boost our immune

system. I only take buffered C, coral calcium, CoQ10,

vitamin E, and folic acid. I eat 1/4 cup ground flax

daily, and also take an additonal tablespoon of flax oil

mixed with cottage cheese every day. I also eat a lot of

green vegetables, spinich, no sugars,no white flours, no

processed foods, and most important for me, I don't eat

anything with soy in it (wipes me out for the entire day).

I excercise daily. I had RAI 4/01, but didn't start

feeling better until 2/03. Added T3 (cytomel) with my

synthroid. It has been a long two years, but I won't eat

crap processed food any more because I just don't want to

go down that road of unwellness ever again.
