I bought a 250 watt shortly after starting the diet a year ago. My little

hand mixer just culdn't do the work.

& Garry, parents of (10 ds), (9 ds), JJ (7

ds/autism/celiac), (6 ds/ADHD/Celiac), and Esther (4 ds). All adopted.

I love mine, so if your gonna buy get the strongest they have, these flours

are very tough on a mixer. F

I have the larger prfofessional model and love it and have brought it to it's

knees occassionaly making large batches of something. I wouldn't have

anything bu the big one, but I make all my son's food (autistic- still not

able to eat solid foods at 4 1/2 years, only baby food consistancy) and I got

all the attachments to for grinding, pureeing, etc. It's been my best kichen

purchase. dwpittard
