First of all, you need to eliminate those foods from his diet that

are problematic. The one thing people on this list have in common is

that one of our kids is GFCF. However, many have additional

allergies like your son. You will learn to present him with choices

that he can have, and learn how to cook items your whole family can

eat. It seems overwhelming, I know. To me, the hardest part is not

what is going on in my home - it is the fact I cannot control his

environment outside the home. I have to watch him all the time

because he scavenges.

Another thing that is tough is knowing what is OK and not OK. This

place is a great start:

I suggest that until you have a handle on all the sub-ingredients

that are a no-no, that you feed him simple and single ingredient

foods.

I also wanted to mention that you may see some increases in negative

behavior for a couple of weeks while your son withdraws from these

foods.

However, almost all of us here are seeing at least some improvement

in odd behavior. For me, I saw improvement in two weeks.
