Ok, I think enough of us are confused. Someone

mentioned in a post about a donut recipe that you need

to use GFCF waxed paper. I took it to be a joke.

Evidently I was wrong. I called Bruce Robbins with

Reynolds today, and he said that the wax coating is

definitely GFCF, but that he needs to check on the

paper itself, that it may contain glutenous products,

but that he could get that info back to me within the

week. I will post when available. This is regarding

Reynolds Cut-Rite wax paper. The wax itself is

probably enough to seal in any gluten or casein that

might be in the paper, but we will find out about the

paper to be sure.
