If your health insurance paid for this dr., they will oblige him to report back to your GP. I would think you'd have no problem in that case. Otherwise I wonder if you have to go through your state medical board or attorney general. I assume the nonreporting doc is the DO you saw. I'm sure you have a right to the results of all the tests he ran. My current rant--these people are supposed to be working for us! That's why we pay them! Best wishes, B.
