Guest guest
Hi, , Today I got the doctor's letter stating that he wants to drop Tapazole entirely. He wants to continue the Levoxyl. I did get a note from Elaine prior to this information, and I think I'll next be asking for a TSI from him, although he may not be willing to do it. Although he's been a good doctor for Amy, anytime I attempt to talk about what our ideas might be regarding her treatment, we pretty well get shot down. Thanks for the advice. I do think TSI is right and I'm not yet willing to let her stop Tapazole without at least reducing it first again, perhaps to 2.5. Does Amy's doctor then plan to start tapering down the Levoxyl after she's off the Tap? I guess the question would be where she " ends up " at that point, but it seems like a less informed way to proceed than doing the TSI test. Best wishes B.
