Almond butter is very high in calcium (86 mg. in just 2 TB). Brocoli - 1 cup supplies 1/4 of the RDA of calcium. Amaranth flour has calcium. The couple last pages of the GFCF printable list talks about sources of calcium. I do noy use supplements, only a daily multi vite. I had considered a calcium supp., but then realized I can supply it in his diet, cause I am lucky, my son will eat all my cooking. on Long Island New York * ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO!
