Calcium can also be found in beans, bean pasta, & calcium fortified OJ.

Almond butter is very high in calcium (86 mg. in just 2 TB). Brocoli - 1

cup supplies 1/4 of the RDA of calcium. Amaranth flour has calcium. The

couple last pages of the GFCF printable list talks about sources of

calcium. I do noy use supplements, only a daily multi vite. I had

considered a calcium supp., but then realized I can supply it in his

diet, cause I am lucky, my son will eat all my cooking.
