15 minutes research ?s for $35 plus MAGIC donation

Hello everyone -

Jen Salem and Katy Frissora here. If you meet the criteria below,

and spend 15 minutes on the phone answering some research questions,

you will receive $35 AND the company will give MAGIC a donation at

the end based on how many respondents they received. Easiest way to

help us raise some money and get $35 in your pocket (hey, remember

those of you who can't afford the $30 MAGIC membership???? -- 15

minutes of your time and you can now afford it!)

magicfoundation.org and let her know, so that we can track how many

families (ok, maybe we should trust this company more but it is

always better to double-check, right?)

MAGIC is not part of this study. It is being conducted by a market

research company to gather information from families of children on

growth hormone.

The criteria:

• On GH for six months or more

• Child must be between the ages of 6 and 16

• Must be on one of these GH products only:

Genotropin

Nutropin AQ

Saizen Cool Click**

** The Saizen cool.click patients must have been switched from

another GH brand (started on a different GH and switched to needle-

free Saizen cool.click. Does not apply for Nutropin AQ or

Genotropin.

She will set up a time for your phone interview. Make sure you let

them know that MAGIC referred you and when approved please send a
