Someone reported their eye dr. claimed he could tell people's stress level from how their eyes were doing. I'm not very helpful on supplement info--I go with what's cheapest (usually mail order) and take the recommended amount listed on the bottle. That said, I'm certain there are superior brands. You might ask for advice at your local health food store. I also got a copy of the Physician's Herbal Desk Reference, used, from Amazon, which I use to check on herbs. Best wishes, A follow-up question: At what amounts do you take the supplements you mentioned ( B vitamins, alpha lipoic acid, the combo of bilberry and lutein)?
