Guest guest
I am wondering how long evidence of abnormalities still show up in the gluten/cassein peptide test/organic acid or any of the other standard tests after someone changes to a GFCF diet. Would it show a false negative after several weeks on the diet? Is there any merit to allowing a child to eat some of the " forbidden foods " prior to testing to get an accurate picture? Does anyone know if Barley green (has the maltodextrin in it) or the ingredients in the Mannatech products ambritose or phytaloe are a problem with the GFCF diet? Thx alot, a
