Guest guest
Thanks for your advice. Guest guest
Hi , I think it depends on how you feel. I have mild asthma and couldn't tolerate even one dose of Atenolol. It made me feel like I had to gasp for breath. It also dried my eyes, a common side effect apparently but one that made my Graves' eye symptoms feel worse. I tolerate most meds pretty well--but I couldn't handle even one dose of this! Instead I took a calcium channel blocker for the first 8 months, after which my heart symptoms settled down. Best wishes, Re: Question regarding Beta Blocker....... Thanks for your advice.
