Smucker's fruit pectin/Cured meats

Back again with more questions...Is Smucker's fruit pectin ok? It

has the same ingredients as Sure-Gel brand. Also, we have been using

a lot of processed meats it seems and I would like to have healthier

versions in our house even though what we use is GFCF. What is a

good source for GFCF ham, bacon, SAUSAGE, hot dogs, lunch meats, etc

that don't have the nitrates and tons of salt as well as other things

not so good for you? Rosie
