Guest guest Posted June 9, 2001 Report Share Posted June 9, 2001 This one was posted here months ago, it is by far my favorite and I have been sub sorghum for the rice flour it calls for and it cant be distingushed from the real thing now, so for any one that missed it here it is 1 cup gfcf marg. 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp gf vanilla-cream together- add 2 eggs- mix well- 1/1/2 cup rice flour {I use sorghum} 1/2 cup potato starch, 1/4 cup tapioca starch, 1/1/2 tsp xanthan gum, 1 tsp salt ,1 tsp gf baking powder ,1 tsp gf baking soda,-add to sugar mixture and mix well- add 12 oz gfcf choc chips, 1 cup nuts{optional} mix again- drop by rounded T on to ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 for about 12 minutes or till golden brown. You can form rolls of dough keep in the freezer and cut off and bake as needed too!!!It freezes and bake great!!! Hope you all enjoy, we do they never make it to the freezer.
