Hi,

I just bought the Support group packet from gfcfdiet.com which comes

with 3books in a binder.I will be starting fresh on this diet which I

first began in the winter but became overwhelmed and let it go for a

while.I am now ready to start agian with my son and as much as

possible with the entire family.I was just wondering if anyone else

bought this packet.If so,did it help? What tips or recipes from this

packet worked well for you? I look forward to anyone's input and

thanks in advance.
