Hi ,

I will try and go back and find Elaines answers, but I do

understand what your saying. It's distressing that my thyriod is

getting eaten alive so to speak by these antibodys. You also

mentioned thyoid levels are higher just before your mensis. I do

believe all of this happened around the same time. I have made

myself promise to myself, that I will get bloods in the middle of

my " crisis? " and maybe this way I'll absolutley know where I stand

with my levels. I made myself swear I wont wait.. I intend to hold

myself to it.

I also absolutly aggree stress makes us sick. I do pilates and

that makes me relaxed and I do try breathing exersis.... it really

helps.
