Guest guest
Hi , I will try and go back and find Elaines answers, but I do understand what your saying. It's distressing that my thyriod is getting eaten alive so to speak by these antibodys. You also mentioned thyoid levels are higher just before your mensis. I do believe all of this happened around the same time. I have made myself promise to myself, that I will get bloods in the middle of my " crisis? " and maybe this way I'll absolutley know where I stand with my levels. I made myself swear I wont wait.. I intend to hold myself to it. I also absolutly aggree stress makes us sick. I do pilates and that makes me relaxed and I do try breathing exersis.... it really helps. Luci In graves_support , " B.
