, most of McCormick spices are ok. I buy their black pepper and

garlic and their oregano. I checked on those three. What I use alot of

is a homemade mush that I can keep in my freezer till needed. I freeze

an onion so that I can easily grate it and get a liquidy mush, I also

grate green, red, yellow, whatever color peppers I happen to have at the

time and mix it all together with some fresh garlic. I use this alot.
