Cathy, we are soy free so I make my own waffles. Can you use an egg

replacer for the eggs in a recipe (I don't know anything about replacers

as we can have eggs). Find out and if so I and others on the list surely

have waffle recipes.

Miss Robens sells an egg replacer that I see in the catalog here and it

says " A great egg substitute that contains no eggs, animal products,

sugar or cholesterol. "

Let us know and everyone can help with waffle recipes.

Also what about some cut up fresh fruit made into a fruit salad. Also

there are GFCF baby food that my son loves and he is 6.

Toast also.
