Guest guest
My family has lots of early gray hair and balding though no Mallen streaks. My mom's family esp. has lots of allergies and probably lots of autoimmune stuff (plenty in the immed. family). I assume there's a Graves' type, though people also talk of having actual Graves' symptoms long before becoming hyperthyroid. There was also a poll showing lots of us are redheads. In retrospect, I'm sorry no allopathic or holistic doctor ever thought enough about my family background and my reaction to an iodide x-ray contrast dye to point out that I was probably susceptible to Graves' and should avoid iodine. Best wishes, -------- In graves_support , Conner <aconner@a...> wrote: I have it for a long time. Yet I've just been diagnosed. So does that mean I've had active Graves' before and didn't know it?
