Hi,

The naproxen in Aleve shouldn't trigger GD and neither should phenylephrine

nasal sprays. Uncontrolled allergies are a trigger for GD though so it's

important to keep them controlled. For seasonal allergies, Dr. Weil recommends

the

herb stinging nettles and a supplement known as quercetin with bromelain. I've

used these and they do help. Take care, Elaine
