My weight (and I'm talking big numbers too) is finally starting to come off! I noticed that my daughter had such success with the Suzanne Somers diet (lost 20 lbs. she put on when she starting carbo-loading after becoming lactose intolerant, AND her complexion is perfect) that I decided to try combining foods and minimizing carbs. I've also been walking 2 miles at a time a few times a week. I'm also 5'4 " and remember telling my GYN about my ATD weight gain. Somewhere along the line he lost track and said something like, OK, you weigh 200 lbs. I told him, No, I weigh 220. His jaw dropped and he said, You don't weigh 220! (one of the reasons I like this guy. Also, he's not petite himself so he knows what 200 is.) Now I'm down to near 200 and frankly will settle for 160. (My kids can take some of the blame for that.) Like the TSH, the numbers on the scale are useful but how you look and feel are what count! Take care, Fay ________________________________________________________________ The best thing to hit the internet in years - Juno SpeedBand! Surf the web up to FIVE TIMES FASTER!
