Guest guest Posted June 9, 2001 Report Share Posted June 9, 2001 Its summer so I dug this out of my files. 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup gf flour 1/8 tsp salt, 2 T cornstarch-sift these ingredients together- 2 egg whites 1/4 cup oil -mix in the egg whites and oil till smooth- 1 /2 tsp gf vanilla 2 T water-stir in vanilla and water, blending very well. Lightly grease a small griddle or skillet. Pour 2 T of the batter, carefully spreading out into a corcle, and cook over low heat untill lightly brown- about four minutes. Turn and cook on the other side for one minute. Remove from skillet and quickly form into a cone shape and secure with a toothpick. cool and remove toothpick. Makes 10 cones.
