Soy/lemon free Italian dressing

I want to make a pasta salad that calls for Italian dressing. I know

that Wishbone brand is GFCF but contains soy and lemon juice, both no-

no's for my son. Is there a dry mix that you use your own oil and

vinegar with that is GFCF? Also, does anyone know if there is a

brand of salad seasoning that is ok? Rosie ('s mom)
