Guest guest
How many of all of you are doing a strict rotation diet? I was just wondering if those rotating foods are having more succes on the gfcf diet than those who do not. See I am on vacation this week and have let my mind start thinking- as to why some people succeed to recovery and some do not. For the rest of the sceince minded people out there- is it possible that gluten and casein are originally responsible for producing the peptides that cause a opiate effect in the brain-that once removed causes improvments- now is the reason that some must also remove other foods because of underlying allergy-or because the body has adapted and now can manufacture these peptides form another food source-So If that were true and the body could adapt a new protien to produce the effect it craves over time-then a strict rotation diet would prevent this from happening and may be why some succeed more thant others.
