Guest guest
Hi, Does anyone know how to tell the iodine content of food. The RDA for iodine is 150 ug, which isn't much. And the recommended amount for grave's patients is <150 ug. I realize table salt has iodine added. Is kosher salt or sea salt ok if it doesn't have iodine added. Thanks,
