I know, I know you were one I tried to find as well! What a shame eh? I

wandered and wandered regularly. We were at the pool party, sitting near the

gate down by the end that they took the picture. Adam wouldn't go in for the

picture though, I begged him and asked him if he would do it for me and he

said " what's in it for me? " So I just shrugged and thought I can't force

him, what's the point.

Dr. H. wasn't into resistance, she just calculated how much he is getting

for his size and said it was way too low. Funny though when we were there 3

years ago she said his dosage was " bang on " for what she would prescribe and

my endo has been upping it a lot over the last year because he had leveled

off (resistance then perhaps?). But from talking to the other Canadians, I

discovered that here in Canada the rules governing how much GH can be given

are less than the states.........I knew my endo had told me when he started

upping it that it was still save as we were below the norm for the US but I

didn't know that it was a rule that they can't give as much as the US. Does

that make sense?

Dr. H. wasn't pushing the periactin at all. She just asked if we are on it,

but I think she let that go because I know Adam's weight is on the 12th

percentile, and his height is on the 3rd (as of June) so I think packing on

pounds is not an issue with him so much anymore.

I am really bumped I didn't see you. I was so ticked at myself for not

making a list of names of people to seek out. I just drew a blank when I got

there and spent my time staring at those name tags, which I find so

embarrassing, we should have huge ones!!!!! LOL (for the " can't see so well "

like me!). Even then, I saw lots of green ribbons and would look at the

names and think " I don't recognize that " . Nuts eh? Now I am here, at home,

regretting all the things I " should " have done!! Maybe bouncing from table

to table.

OH if you were at the bingo. We were like the 3rd table to win. Actually

they had played a couple of games with solo winners, then did a table, and

then it went back to solo winners. That return to solo was when I won, but

I had Adam go up and get something. Then later my mom won for our whole

table.

Anyway, what a shame we didn't connect.
