Guest guest
Sandy, You are correct-I do have an HMO for my insurance. And they are not easy to deal with. They're very rigid as I found out with my perscription renewal fiasco. I'm not sure I have the emotional or mental strength to take them to the mat again! I have spoken with my Primary doctor about my unwillingness to do RAI, and while he won't " force " me into it, neither will he perscribe ATDs. I quit going to the endo I was referred to because he made me feel stupid for asking questions about valid concerns. I am going to send him a written request for my records and a written report of his opinion on my condition and why HE wouldn't perscribe ATDs. After I receive that, I just may ask for your help in filing a complaint.
