Does anyone know of a sugar wafer recipe, those crispy ones that have an

icing sandwiched between them? It doesn't have to be gfcf, I can convert

it. Oh, btw, while looking for such a recipe I did find out that these

cookies originated from the communion wafers. Thought that was interesting.

And if someone would have a communion wafer recipe (not likely), I could

convert that as well.
