Guest guest Posted June 19, 2001 Report Share Posted June 19, 2001 Hi all! We are in week 3 of the diet, plugging along, still learning. This group has been my lifeline. A few questions. I can't find Guittard Choc. Chips in the stores, where can I get them or any GFCF choc chip? What is the best subsitute when a recipe asks for margarine? I have cocoa butter (is it supposed to be liquid?) and spectrum shortening. Also, does anyone use Hains safflower oil margarine for cooking or baking?
