NEED HELP WITH MEDICAL ISSUES

Hi everyone-

It has been a while so here is a quick update. My daughter Laikyn is 2 1/2

and has RSS. She is now in the early intervention program where we live in

North Dakota but when she turns 3 she is then out of the program and then also

will loose her MA because she is to smart. I am in a great need of help from

who ever can offer it!! Here in our state they don't look at what your child

needs to make them smart. We do so much for Laikyn but our average monthly

medical bill are way to much for us to afford without her MA. We are trying to

fight the system but I really culd use some help. With Laikyn being one of two

children in ND with RSS it is really hard to fight this when no one knows

what I am talking about. We are trying to pass a bill to change the eligibility

of the Human Services Department for being Developmental disabled but is is a

long and hard battle. I can't also think right an want to help Laikyn in

anyway I can so if anyone has been through this or there state is diffrent with

MA

please fill me in!!! Thanks for the help!!!
