Hi Caroline,

The only buns my son will eat are the Tapioca Energy Brand hamburger buns

but I have to heat them, cut them thinner (they are too wide to eat), and

lightly toast them. Other ones I have tried are too crumbly. Good Luck.

HOW do you get the hamburger buns to not come out hard as

a rock thawing out.

To finish my earlier e-mail, I freeze the buns..then warm them in the

microwave..and they come out fine...to make the hotdog buns less likely to

crumble...I just cut out a place on top of the bun for the weiner to fit

into...They don't crumble as bad that way as they would if you try making

them like reg hotdog buns....
