No mail for a few days?/whining

I haven't received my digest since Oct. 5th. Wondering if all is OK with the

list or I have topped out my hotmail.

Hoping all the new members can find self-confidence and healing with this

wonderful group.

I am on 50mg PTU 3 times daily still. My knees are bothering me; it feels

arthritis-y. SOmetimes they are so weak when I get out of a car. I wonder

how much, as has been discussed, is part of the whole autoimmune Circque du

Soleil of Graves.

Also some days I am just exhausted, but if I rest, it seems to pass. I can

no longer just " power through " these tired days, I must respect them. WHen I

am up to it, exercise helps a great deal, even a tape of Latin Dancing

(cathy !) or yoga seems to help.

levels normal, weaning slowwwwwwly, and sometimes not at all

I'm confused on this post. Are you saying you started meds on Oct 5th, of this
