Guest guest
I too worry myself into the ground about the kids. Sam is 3 and has PDD nos. My Nick who is older had some speech problems but has terrible anxiety. My husb and I have been discussing if we shouldn't also put him on the diet. His speech is great, he's got imagination and play skills but he get terrified of stuff. My youngiest is 2 and is on target for everything and even a little on the gift side. We have nice sentences and songs. She tends too love apples and bananas a little too much for my liking. She tends to eat alot but is not overweight. Right now she's very irritable but I think that's terribel twos. She will 2 in June. Mike ( my husb) and I are discussing going on the diet the whole family. I think he is only one who doesn't want to do that. I personnaly will miss cheese. With Beth the 2 yoa. I have separated out her shots. She gets only two at a time. She's due for 2 more this month but I may wait until June. I try and focus on one day at a time. Try and read as much as I can. Try and remember normal is only a cycle on washing machine. Have other put there " normal -typical " kids on this diet and notice any " pecularities " change?
