Guest guest
Pat Naomi was 3 lb 15 oz and 15.5 inches at 36 weeks, so was even smaller taking into account the gestational age. She was close to 6 lbs at 2 months when she got RSV, then was stuck around that weight for another 2 months. She gained weight after being in NG tube to 50% weight for height, now she is oral fed for 8 months and maintaining the 50% (GH started Aug, and her weight and height velocity both increased at the same rate). Naomi is smaller than most RSS kids in terms of height, but her weight to height is higher than RSS kids. For her height gain is the main problem, not weight gain. She is now 16 lbs almost 26 inches. Sabina Naomi also takes xopenex and pulmicort twice daiy, and xopenex more frequently if her breathing gets hard. BTW, our synagis issue got resolved, she will be getting it rest of the season. > Hi Sabina!! > > is on Medicaid, but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it > or not.
