Leah,

I was reading your response to a new member and saw that Olivia was delivered

prematurely due to severe IUGR. My son, was also delivered early at 28

weeks due to severe IUGR, and although I have heard about other RSS preemies, I

don't believe I know of any who were taken early due to IUGR. I thought my

situation

was pretty unique until reading your post. I'd love to chat with you about

this! I will

be at the convention. Will you? If you'd like to talk privately to me, you can

e-mail

me directly at capuano_k@...

Hi Judith,

Twins always amaze me at how different they can be even in utero. Their

newborn pics must look so cute with the size difference. How long were they

in hosp. for? Olivia was only in for 8 weeks, they gave me the steroid

shots to develop her lungs so she didn't have much for breathing problems

thank goodness.

It was funny with the apgar scores though. Our older daughter was

10 days late with apgars of 6 and 7, she was healthy just lazy right from

day one and refused to cry or kick around. Then along comes little Miss

Olivia kicking and screaming with apgars of 8 and 9!

Well I guess I'm starting to babble again! hehe
