Do any of you with older children have copies of the weight for height growth

charts

that were used prior to the year 2000 when they started including BMI? I was on

the

cdc website looking at their charts, and I couldn't find what I needed. I

wanted to

have an easy way of charting 's height for weight, so that I know if he

is

within the 10 - 25% range recommended by Dr. Harbison. The chart I found only

went up to 47 " tall (chart 13 weight-for-stature percentiles: boys). is

50.25 "

tall and 46 lbs. I believe he is below the 10th percentile and looking very

skinny!
