Barb....

I was informed i could take OTC like Advil or Tylenol.....but best for you to

check with your GP or pharmacist.....they will know better....My GP has

prescribed me Vioxx......an antiinflammatory.....I take 25 mg a day for pain....

Also boost up on calcium to help keep bones and muscles strong.....
