reaction to Van's/need advice

I am not sure if it is the soy. I haven't suspected soy as a problem so

far. He does fine with the Tofutti cheese slices. The Waffle Heaven

waffles do not have soy flour like Van's but they have soy lecithin

(sp?).

We are going for another round of allergy testing June 28 and I will have

them test for soy. I already suspect corn is a problem. He reacts

largely to Fritos and Gorilla Munch cereal but not to popcorn. Got any

clues? I am getting a little desperate here cause he is reacting to more

and more things. He is allergic to eggs, and mild reaction to rice. Of

course the only food he can eat is rice based or potato. Now corn and

who knows about soy?

What am I supposed to do? His list of acceptable foods that he will

actually eat is back down to 4-5 things again. This makes it impossible

to rotate. Poor kid gags so violently on everything else I can't see

trying to force him to expand. I am thinking we may need some real

professional help with this feeding problem. Anyone got advice on who to

go to for help?
