Hello Stine!

I just wanted to echo what Jodi said. I'm 38 years old and have

RSS. I wasn't diagnosed until I was 15 years old, so I had no

treatment and no therapy. I didn't walk until a few weeks past my

2nd birthday. In fact, I never crawled...I rolled for a LONG time

and then went straight to walking (I was able to stand, with

support/holding on, since at least 17 months old). My first tooth

also didn't come out until I was nearly 8 years old, and all of my

molars came in about a year late. EVERYTHING that was physically-

based was late (except for adrenarche [age 8] and puberty [age

12])...and a lot of my cognitive/mental skills came early <smile>.

Hi Jodi.

I am glad to hear that other kids are late on walking......not glad

but it makes Pernilles history more complete. Also with her teeths.

She has not gotten all her teeths yet. I was getting worried, but

now i know that they will come, she has problems chewing

food....lol....and some of her teeth seems not to come all the way

up...if you know what i mean.

I am so glad that you are chering your stories with me, and letting

me into your lifes.

Love from Norway. Stine mom to Kristoffer 4 and Pernille soon 2

Hi Stine,

My son is 22 months old and is just beginning to learn to walk along

the furniture and stair rails. I think it will be at least another

month before he tries it on his own. He didn't crawl until a month

or so ago but, once he did, wow! He is fast! Pernille will walk when

she is ready and then you will have to run to keep upo with her.
