Need Help Regarding TSI/Hypo Symptoms

Hi Barb,

I wanted to let you know I added Synthroid to my PTU last May to get my levels

up and it's been great--no side effects and I'm been feeling almost normal again

since it started to take effect (early June). In my case I added 50 mcg

Synthroid to 100 mg PTU, which brought my levels from low-normal to

high-normal. The only trick is to get follow-up testing.

Hi - Thanks for your help. I guess I don't

really have any other options. I think I will be

starting Synthroid tomorrow, at a really small dose.

What I don't know now is what to do about my Tap dose.
