Guest guest
Liang, To join a group and swamp the group with mail, after being repeatedly asked to not do so, and seeing current members in distress, is very poor etiquette Perhaps use you search engine to look up politeness on Internet groups. It is not correct to post entire articles. We have no way of knowing if they have had a word here and there altered. This is the reason URL are posted, not the articles themselves. A more useful method of doing this, is to not send each one separately. Take the time to carefully group together subjects ULR and place them in one post On many of yours, you have not posted the URL in the post containing the article. I was under the impression this is an infringement of their copyright ? If one member, such as Fay wishes to see the entire article, she knows she can ask any of us to send it to her directly. The articles you are sending to us, are readily available on the Internet to all that choose to look them up. You are not giving us anything the majority of us have not read before. Perhaps you were unaware of this ? This is the reason you are seeing unhappy members. Our newest members have not seen these, true. But their questions will be answered in ways they can understand at this moment. They will be given appropriate URLs to verify their particular question. Statistics on TBll in Denmark in 1987 are not very useful for new patients that are very sick right now. ************************************************************************ This is a support group for people with a serious illness. Some members live alone, and something could happen that they need an immediate answer to. Yes ... we may all tell them they need to go to the hospital right now. But the fact is, sometimes they just do not know what to do. They DO write to us. With the sheer volume of mail we have received from you, and the replies, many members that are busy simply can not keep up. They delete the entire couple of days mail. Then the one person that needed help is not heard. You need to understand how this works ! ************************************************************************* OR perhaps your goal is to have members unsubscribe from our list ? This is a common tactic by TROLLS. As are the condescending, emotional choice of many words you have placed here. This is known as BAIT. If anyone does not know what a troll is, look it up. I hope this helps you better understand how Internet support groups work. As a long time member, and friend of many here, I only wish to help protect our members from unneeded stress. There is a fine line between sharing information and intentionally making people sick. Please show us the same respect we have shown you. -Pam L- Mama hen
