Guest guest
Rice Crust (This is good as a pie crust. You can also enlarge the recipe and spread it on a pizza pan for an alternative pizza crust. This is a good way to use up leftover rice, too. It is rather bland, but you can add spices according to need--example, sugar and cinnamon for a pie crust, oregano and basil for a pizza crust). I got this recipe (leaving out the cheese) from The Tightwad Gazette. Rice Crust 1 1/2 c. cooked rice 1 egg Combine and pat into a pie plate. Do not grease the dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
