Hey

What a small world - I am from No. Babylon but I have been in Texas

about 15-16 years now. My mom and brother still live there. JEA is

where my brother went to school. He has some severe ADD/Bipolar

stuff.

I am glad to hear some of the programming has improved. When my

brother was there- I felt like they lack some services. I am sure

how proactive my parents were either.

It was time when the " experts " knew best
